Terms in Full

1. Acceptance. By accessing honeychat-ai.com you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Description of the service. honeychat provides conversation with fictional companion characters. It is entertainment, not a professional service of any kind.
4. Fictional characters. All companions on honeychat are invented. Names, biographies and imagery do not depict real people, and no resemblance to any real person is intended.
5. No professional advice. Nothing said by a companion constitutes medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for those matters.
6. Emergencies. honeychat is not a crisis service. If you are in danger or considering harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a recognised helpline immediately.
7. Account registration. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your password confidential.
8. One account per person. Accounts are personal. Sharing, selling or transferring an account is not permitted.
9. Acceptable use. You agree not to use honeychat to produce or solicit content involving minors, non-consensual acts, real identifiable individuals, or anything illegal in your jurisdiction.
10. Prohibited technical conduct. Scraping, automated access, reverse engineering, load testing and attempts to bypass rate limits are all prohibited.
11. Content ownership. You retain rights to what you write. You grant honeychat a limited licence to process it solely to operate the service.
12. Generated output. Replies produced by a companion are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
13. Intellectual property. The honeychat name, design, code, character biographies and imagery are protected and may not be reproduced without written permission.
14. Availability. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and outages happen.
15. Changes to the service. Features may be added, altered or withdrawn. We will give notice of significant changes where practical.
16. Pricing. Prices for paid access are displayed before purchase. We may change prices for future periods with notice.
17. Billing and renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and retain access for the remainder of the paid period.
18. Refunds. Refund requests are considered case by case and in line with the consumer law that applies to you.
19. Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in suspension of the account concerned.
20. Third-party services. Payment processing, hosting and email delivery are provided by third parties whose own terms apply to those elements.
21. Privacy. Our handling of personal data is described in the honeychat Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
22. Suspension and termination. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, with notice where circumstances allow.
23. Your right to leave. You may close your account at any time from account settings or by writing to support.
24. Disclaimer of warranties. The service is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
25. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, honeychat is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Direct liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous twelve months.
26. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify honeychat against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.
27. Force majeure. Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control.
28. Assignment. You may not assign these terms. We may assign them as part of a corporate reorganisation or sale of the business.
29. Severability. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of these terms continues in full effect.
30. Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, and disputes are subject to the courts there, without limiting mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
31. Updates to these terms. We may revise these terms. The revision date appears at the top of this page and continued use signals acceptance.
32. Entire agreement. These terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the whole agreement between you and honeychat regarding the service.
